(See the newsletter listed in the links section for specific class performance nights.)
The holiday performance are listed with class night assignments above. Please arrive at Wesley United Methodist Church at 6:00 pm (no need to arrive early). Enter in the rear of the building into the Multipurpose Room area. A coat room and restrooms are available once inside. Dancers should come dressed in their holiday costumes wearing coats and street shoes, with appropriate dance shoes packed.
Please RSVP the number of attendees you would like to bring to each show by
November 24th. You can leave this information on The Studio’s voicemail (418-9258), send it via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or place a note in the blue bag. We should have adequate seating but I want to make sure we can accommodate everyone that would like to join us. There is no admittance fee or tickets required for these performances.
Gift baskets are being crafted as a fundraisers for our dancers and will be available for sale during the holiday performances, so please give your guests advance notice.
After the conclusion of the performance we will enjoy a holiday social. Please bring one item to share with all of the members in your daughter’s class. Most classes have around 10 dancers so planning for 30 should be adequate. This should be light finger food (cookies, brownies, etc.) Drinks will be sold by Wesley UMC and any profit made from those sales will benefit their missions.
